Jason Kirk is a member of the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds practice group. His practice focuses on structuring and organizing U.S. and offshore investment funds and representing institutional investors in connection with investments in investment funds and other alternative investment structures. Jason also counsels investment advisers on their structure and organization, operation, merger and acquisition transactions, and ongoing legal and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Jason was an associate at an international law firm. He focused his practice on representing fund sponsors in connection with structuring, organizing, and operating private investment funds, including venture capital funds, private equity funds, and hedge funds.
Jason is a CFA charterholder.
