Hazel Doyle

Hazel Doyle is a partner in the firm's Dublin office and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. With more than a decade of experience in the funds industry, Hazel's practice covers the full spectrum of advisory and regulatory aspects of the Irish funds industry. Hazel advises clients on the establishment and on-going operation of Irish regulated investment funds and on the legal and regulatory developments impacting such investment funds. She has strong experience in UCITS regulation, in particular ETFs and also has significant experience in AIFs authorised under the Irish AIFMD regime. Hazel also counsels service providers within the investment funds sector on their operations in Ireland and their regulatory obligations such as corporate governance, capital, and anti-money laundering requirements. Hazel is actively involved at an industry level and speaks regularly at international funds events on ETFs, ESG and the Irish funds space. She is currently a member of the Irish Funds ETF Specialist Group and the UCITS Working Group within AIMA.

Hazel is an active industry participant, she is a member of the  Irish Funds Industry Association ETF Specialist Working Group and has extensive experience advising asset managers on the structuring and establishment of Irish domiciled funds, including Undertakings for the Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), pursuing a broad range of investment policies and mandates.
