Calvina Bostick is a partner in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and other business transactions. She represents public and private operating companies, private equity firms and financial institutions in transactions across a broad range of industries, including health care, financial services, fashion and retail, technology and media.

Calvina regularly advises clients in the following areas:

  • Domestic and cross-border mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures
  • Pharmaceutical product acquisitions and licenses
  • Joint ventures and strategic alliances
