Matthew S. Dicke assists technology owners of all types and sizes in creating competitive barriers to entry around their products and leveraging or defending against intellectual property rights. Matthew serves a global client base, serving as a strategic advisor to clients throughout the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia. Matthew has worked with many of the world’s leading research institutions and universities as well as companies in the software, manufacturing, medical device, gaming device, food science, automotive, consumer electronics, and electrical hardware spaces, among others.

Matthew has successfully argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board. In addition, Matthew has participated in successful proceedings before the European Opposition Division, and works closely with colleagues in our EPO and Australian practices implementing a global IP strategy for our clients.
