The Health Care Policy Landscape in 2021 and Beyond

With a significant election and the Supreme Court set to review the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act in California v. Texas, the incoming Administration and Congress will not only need to address the potential impact of the Court’s decision, but do so in light of the ongoing health and economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Members of K&L Gates’ Public Policy and Law and Health Care and FDA practice groups hosted an insightful panel to discuss the implications of the election, California v. Texas, and the pandemic on health care policy.
