K&L Gates Recognized by ABI for Innovation and Technology Sale of the Year

Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has been recognized by the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Asset Sales Committee for its role in the in the Section 363 sale of assets of Akoustis Technologies. The matter was honored as the 2025 Innovation and Technology Sale of the Year and was lauded for the “complexities of the deal and the incredible results achieved.” The nominations were judged by a committee, and the award was presented at the ABI Spring Meeting in Washington, D.C.
