Kristin Wells is an associate and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice group.

Kristin concentrates her practice in all areas of trademark, advertising, and copyright law, including litigation, enforcement, counseling, and prosecution. She services clients in the fashion, luxury, beauty and cosmetics, consumer products, food, and technology industries. Kristin regularly represents clients before the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. 

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Previously Kristin served as a summer associate at the firm. Kristin served as a judicial intern for the United States District Court, District of Maryland and at the Delaware Court of Chancery. Prior to law school, Kristin was a project assistant for the Intellectual Property practice group of an international firm.
