Previously Kristin served as a summer associate at the firm, where she researched potential filing strategies for composite word mark, examined the FERC’s jurisdiction over natural gas and drafted memoranda outlining the findings, and more. In addition, she served as a judicial intern for the United States District Court, District of Maryland and as a project assistant for the Intellectual Property practice group of an international firm.
