K&L Gates Advises Soho Square Capital LLP on Investment and Partnership with Oliver James

London – Global law firm K&L Gates LLP assisted investment firm Soho Square Capital LLP (Soho Square) in its investment and partnership with Oliver James, an international recruitment and consulting provider. The deal sees Soho Square take a minority stake in Oliver James with David Steel, Director at Soho Square, joining the Board of Directors.
 
London private equity partner James Cross led the K&L Gates team that acted for Soho Square.
