K&L Gates Advises ARRI Group on Acquisition of Professional Lighting Provider Claypaky
Milan and Munich - Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has advised ARRI Group on the acquisition of Claypaky S.p.A., previously an Italian subsidiary of the OSRAM Group. It was sold by means of a bidding process in which ARRI was awarded the contract.
ARRI is a global provider of technology and services for the film and media industry. Claypaky develops professional lighting systems for the entertainment sector and for architectural applications.
